Every teacher is or was a learner one day and here comes the base of his experience. A teacher is that flexible character who can deal with kids, parents, coordinators, colleagues, principal, and situations. Everyone might be a learner but not any one can be a teacher.
Every year adds experience to the teacher and improves his teaching skills. In fact, it its not easy at all to attract the students to the lesson all the session and preventing them from being noisy. It is hard to make all the different type learners get the idea of the lesson. It is not only about knowing the information, but also it needs the teaching and classroom management skills.
That is why it is important for every teacher to make Teaching Diploma before standing beside the board in front of the students. Teaching for the first time is so challenging for the teacher because students can discover that their teacher is nervous and lose discipline.
Teaching is a blessing in which it gives the teacher a chance to change the students into the better. Teachers have to keep in mind that they are role models to their students which is a very serious responsibility.
